That is why the following home treatment is your best option, as it is cheap, completely natural, and very effective.

Here’s how to make blackhead removing pore strips at home:

DIY Pore Strips for Blackhead Removal

  • 1 tablespoon of milk (whole milk, skim, soy, almond, or goat’s milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 drop of lavender essential oil

Combine the milk, gelatin and lavender essential oil together, and heat over a double boiler. Make sure the mixture is not hot, but warm enough.

How to Use It:

First, wash your face thoroughly with warm water to open up your pores and eliminate any excess oil and dirt.

Then, apply the warm mixture to clean face, avoiding your mouth, nose openings and eyes.

Next, let the mixture dry out for at least 15-20 minutes. You should feel your face quite tight.

Once your mask has dried out completely, begin removing it by peeling it off of your face. Do this from the side or bottom, and pull it away from your face gradually.

Afterwards, rinse off with cool water to get rid of any residue and close your pores.

As a final step in your home treatment, nourish your clean skin with some moisturizer or grapeseed oil. This oil is really great when it comes to skin care as it closely resembles skin’s natural oils and leaves skin soft and radiant. Another option is to use an infused oil, like calendula or St. John’s Wort oil. Colloidal silver gel is also a great option as it has potent antibacterial properties.
